About us	Pete, former US Army Captain, made his transition from the military via Business School. During the recruiting process, Pete, found himself facing unfamiliar challenges. Mastering the art of the job search and, in particular, having the confidence and comfort to connect with the interviewer was a skill that he had to practice and develop. This led Pete to an idea. What if he could develop a coaching service focused on the piece of the job search where the rubber meets the road: The Interview. He also knew that the right place to initially focus this service was on transitioning military veterans. Being one himself, Pete knew the struggles this particular group faced when transitioning from the military to the civilian world.
