New Web App
| What we need | Web app design for version 2 of our site. Our goal is to simplify the UX/UI for both the volunteers and students on the website as well as introduce analytics capabilities for teachers. To get the web app they would log in from a browser, with the potential to download an app built through Quasar (https://quasar.dev).This project will use Vuejs.Collection of reading level data allows us to measure our impact and show potential and current funders explicit reading level gains. Showing reading level data to teachers allows them to remain engaged in their students’ learning as well as suggest content for specific students to engage with. Our goal is to remove barriers for the most successful use we’ve seen and remove deprecated features from the platform while improving performance. |

| About us | When the coronavirus pandemic hit, schools across the country closed and transitioned to "learn from home" lesson plans.While families struggled to find childcare, coordinate meals and household responsibilities and enact at-home safety precautions, they also worked to make sure their children did not fall behind in school. Seeing the tremendous need, Inspiring Service stepped up to support these families. |
