Our mission	We provide services in several different languages and our volunteers are skilled at interpreting confusing, sometimes intimidating, tax letters. Each year hundreds of volunteers help with everything from greeting clients to providing expertise with complicated tax situations. Many are college students, while just as many are CPAs and other accounting professionals.

About us	Through skilled volunteers, Tax-Aid provides year-round free tax services to strengthen our San Francisco Bay Area community. We were founded in 1988 by accountants and lawyers who wanted to lend a hand. Tens of millions of dollars in tax refunds later, we are still going strong, providing year-round expert tax assistance.

Requests	Data Analysis and Processing Tax-Aid’s data collection was previously used to create a Tableau dashboard that provides important insights into resource allocation and past trends over time for the organization. The data was also used to create an algorithm that cleans and organizes future data for the organization, thereby relieving the client of a significant bottleneck. Now that tax season is fast approaching, the Tax Aid needs extra support on streamlining, Tax-Aid’s data collection was previously used to create a Tableau dashboard that provides important insights into resource allocation and past trends over time for the organization.
